Rebranding and New Website Make Online Rentals Easier

Since 1987 Digital One has provided the latest IT equipment for rent, including projectors, laptop and desktop computers, tablets and more. They ship nationally from their Cleveland-based office and offer both short-term, long-term, and buyout option rentals.

Alt Media Studios is currently reworking the Digital One website. Whilst doing so we noticed some inefficiencies in the way Digital One handled their incoming work, so we recommended taking things in a new direction to make the rental process more streamlined for their customers.

As part of the rebranding efforts we built a new website, dedicated to making their rental process easier. We needed to extract information from their current site that we are reworking to make things work seamlessly. Customers can now browse some of their available inventory, see pricing and shipping estimates, and place a rental reservation online. There’s even more that can be done to make the process simpler, and Digital One is saving future improvements for another day.
